(no subject)

Tonight was apparently "Let's come in ten minutes before close and sit in Lindsay's section!" night. A four-top and an eight-top. The eight-top had obviously just gotten out of POTO opening night (side note from the girl who never squees: *SQUEE!!!!!!!*) and left me wonderful money. Yay. The four-top left me five on 41. *pbbbt*

I'd had a four-top in pre-POTO, too, that left me a lovely 20%+ tip on a $60 bill.

I wasn't supposed to work tonight, but I'm glad I picked it up. The last time I picked a shift up for Beth my car got stolen. Tonight I picked up a shift for Beth and I made over 20% in tips. It all works out in the end ;-)

The tickets that Dan's mom bought for her, him and myself are the 26th or the 27th (I'm blanking at the moment), and Lissa and I are going the 29th. surlenil never told me when she wanted to come down and see it, so I don't know when we're going yet (hint hint, Amanda ;-))

Also, there will be a Cirque show there next season (Cirque Dreams, something about a jungle fantasy) on April 13th. It is a one-night event and the tickets are already on sale. I. AM. GOING. TO. SEE. THIS. PERIOD! If you are interested in tickets as well, let me know, and I can put the order (well, for anybody else who wants to sit in the Orchestra with me, that is) in all together and people can pay me back. Tickets are $38 for Orchestra seating and $30.50 for Grand Tier.

Edit: I really want to see this a thousand times, but I really can't afford to. I am almost literally holding myself back from buying tickets to this afternoon's matinee. I keep finding myself at the purchase site and then hitting my hand and saying "NO!" I keep telling myself that I can buy things next week at the show if I just stop myself.

Edit: Amanda and I are going the 26th; Dan and I are going with family the 27th; Lissa and I are going the 29th. Dan and I are also planning on a trip the week it closes. I may or may not see it more than that. We'll see how the money situation pans out. Oh! Note to self...need to make reservations for yummy restaurant of wonderfulness for Dan, Lissa and myself the 29th.

STUPID PHONE!!!!!!!!!

Okay, so I just realized what the issue is. Apparently, my phone hasn't been telling me that people called when they leave voice messages. I'm really bad at checking my voice mail if I don't know who has called me, so I haven't checked it in a while. I just listened to and deleted roughly 16 voice mails that I didn't realize I had.

*headdesk*

So, now it's cleared out and I will be certain to check my voicemail obsessively from here on out.
