To start with, this journal is mostly open to the public. There are a few friends only entries here and there, and sometimes a few entries screened to even smaller groups within my friends list, but in general it's pretty open. Feel free to friend me, if you so desire, and leave me a comment letting me know--perhaps I'll friend you back :-)

I'm 25 with passions for theatre (acting and directing), anthropology, archaeology, books, and life. For a while I lived in Kalamazoo with my gecko Anna Livia, my fiance Dan (we're planning on October 3rd, 2009), and our kitten Molly Bloom, but I've been moving around for work (I'm a travelling manager for one of OSI's concept restaurants) and living out of hotels for almost a year, so I don't really have a "home" right now. Aside from that, I'm a hard polytheist (of the Hellenic persuasion) and a Phantom of the Opera/Harry Potter obsessive. There's a lot more, too, but that's all you really need to know for now. I can also be found occasionally by a few other names around these internets as well: Kyrie Truant (fashioned that way partly because I love when somebody "get"s it) and BlueRoses (I once played Laura in Tennessee Williams'Glass Menagerie). Kyrie and Laura are practically polar opposites, and yet each fits me exceptionally well.

I'm very active in and around LiveJournal, so don't be surprised if you see me pop up here or there. In addition, I own/moderate a couple of communities around.
