So I'm playing around the Francois' website, and I knew from opening with CiP that getting a liquor license in Michigan is not an easy task. We even got Warren Buffett (close friends with Jimmy Buffett, though no blood relationship that anybody's actually aware of) involved (which usually helps speed things up a bit in other states) to no avail.
