the only ahi tuna i've ever had was seared, and it was aweeesome [other than that i want everything except for sushi cooked VERY VERY VERY well done--as it cook it well done, and then leave it in the pan for another twenty minutes].

mostly i just want the roasted pineapple coconut sauce.
