One of my labmates' wives does cookies. She is amazing at cookies. She does weddings-- she asks for swatches of the bridesmaids' dress fabric and matches the frosting. There's a place in Oregon than does donut cake things, because it is a donut shop. I have seen sheet cakes and cakes like the Eiffel Tower.
Do what you want (I suspect this will not be a challenge). Enjoy the cake if you have it.
