I found my camera cord, so I'm uploading a bunch of random pictures including my henna after it "matured" a bit and a ton from Thanksgiving weekend up through decorating the tree. Expect pictures this weekend...lol Now I just need to charge my camera up and wander Kalamazoo (the snow storm last night was evil) and go back to the Chihuly exhibit.

2005 Year In Review!

1) Was 2005 a good year for you?
Like Andrew said, about halfway through it got a lot better.

2) What was your favorite moment of the year 2005?
Very possibly signing the lease on the apartment.

3) What was your least favorite moment of the year?
There were a lot of those, most of them involving school.

4) Where were you when 2005 began?
I had been working at the Brewery, but I was home in time to ring in the new year with my parents.

5) Who were you with?
My immediate family.

6) Where will you be when 2005 ends?
Not certain, actually. I have a good idea where I'll be for next year's NYE, though. I'm plotting big. Not only will Dan finally be 21, but it will be roughly our five-year :-D

I don't know at the moment.

8) Did you keep your new years resolution of 2005?
I don't do the resolution thing.

I lose. I don't think I did.

21) Did you lose anybody close to you in 2005?
No, thank goodness.

22) Did you miss anybody in the past year?
I miss a fair handful of people who aren't here. I always get homesick for Oklahoma, for one. I miss clearmind, I already miss amneria...I miss those people who have touched my life in such significant ways and are no longer here.

23) What was your favorite movie that you saw in 2005?
Angels in America, if that can count.

24) What was your favorite song from 2005?
Not certain, really. There are a number of songs I adore that I only just discovered in 2005, but they're older than that.

Again with the above.

Ummm...I'm not sure, actually.

Apparently not...lol

28) Did you drink a lot of alcohol in 2005?
I never drink a lot of alcohol.

Not illegal ones.

30) How many people did you sleep with in 2005?
Oh...just five...thousand... ;-) Teasing, of course. I don't sleep around :-P

No.

33) What was the worst lie you told someone in 2005?
Calling in to Rhino's on my last day there, which I was going to be working alone and which was going to be a Pistons game. I would have made BANK, but Kathy's (the general manager) bitchiness/cattiness made me spiteful and wanting to say "Fuck you!"...so I called in >-D

34) Did you treat somebody badly in 2005?
Never on purpose.

35) Did somebody treat you badly in 2005?
Yes. It happens.

36) How much money did you spend in 2005?
A lot. Paying rent for an apartment on your own and buying a computer aren't light expenses.

37) What was your proudest moment of 2005?
Again, probably the new apartment.

38) What was your most embarrassing moment of 2005?
I really don't get embarrassed much.

39) If you could go back in time to any moment of 2005 and change something, what would it be?
I don't know that I would, really.

40) What are your plans for 2006?
Live. Take some trips, maybe. Hopefully start that travelling training thing. Mainly, enjoy myself and my life.

Uhm, hate to disagree here luv, but I think you treated Kathy pretty badly :P

No...trust me, that wasn't treating her badly. That was payback. I'd told her I needed an afternoon off for orientation for my new job, and she just didn't schedule me the following weekend. She knew I was looking for a full-time job that could offer me benefits and more opportunities, and so she screwed the other girls (there were only four servers total) by making them work the shifts I would have been working.
