littlelotteOne of our bartenders was on the victim end of a drunk driving hit-and-run last night.
She chased the idiot down.
I found out about this at work today, and had to bite my tongue to keep from laughing hysterically in the middle of the restaurant (if you knew the girl, you'd understand...Kendra, for those who do know her). Obviously she was okay, and obviously her car was okay or else she wouldn't have been able to participate in a car chase going roughly 80 down Westnedge. I told Dan about it tonight, and he found it quite amusing, too (he was in a class with her last semester). She's not exactly the type of person you cross if you can avoid it, even though she's probably about 5'3" and 115 lbs (okay, probably more than that, but that's a good rough estimate, right?).
