Just posted a question about the Outback corp's health insurance, and this is a reply I got:
My Outback offers health care through Cigna and your premiums vary based on what plan you get. I got a full 1500 deductable and I believe they take something like 30 dollars out of my pay check every other week. Co pay is 15 for Rxs and its a PPO which offers more flexibility than an HMO.
But I'm in NY - things might vary.
I also went with a store opening and I can tell you its MUCH easier than going in and training because everyone is in the same position. You'll have corporate trainers for the first week which is a pain in the ass, but other than that - I liked the whole feeling of being part of a store opening.
Very nice. I really hope it's similar here, because that actually sounds really similar to Dad's through GM.
