Dan and I have a kitten! She is absolutely insane. We ended up naming her Molly (Dan and his Joyce characters...a gecko named Anna Livia and a kitten named Molly Bloom...ha). I kinda liked the idea of Dinah from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, but she's more like the black kitten in Through the Looking Glass that Alice just calls Kitty. We also considered Elizabeth because of her dominant attitude...very much an Elizabeth Bennett/Queen Elizabeth type. I also thought maybe Maxine, and calling her Max or Maxie because she stands on her hind legs and does this silly little thing that looks very much like Max from Where the Wild Things Are. I hate the idea of living off of allergy pills for the next six months or so, but I think it will be worth it :-D

Anyway...I'm going to get going now and finish eating my dinner. I'm already paying more attention to her and Dan playing than to this entry.
