My little brother would be having a field day with the piece of info I picked up this afternoon. Apparently, our MP bought all the Keys tickets to the Jimmy Buffett concert on September 12th.

Did I ever mention that I don't actually really care for the guy or for his music? I get a kick out of some of it and, thanks to work, have a few songs I actually enjoy, but...oh well...free concert tickets and a guaranteed night off to hang out with some of my favorite work people. I guess I can't actually complain.

I asked my friend Erin if she'd like to come to the Ren fair with us, if you're still up to going on Saturday. I don't know whether you'd want to drive over there yourself and meet us a little later, or if you'd like us to drive down to Kzoo, pick you up and then head over there...? Erin doesn't get out of work until 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, so I do want to give her a few hours of sleep.

I think the best idea would be for you guys to pick me up--I think the faire closes at around 7 or so, but I'm in no real hurry to get there. Do you think we might be able to take your car? Mine isn't in the best of shape for long distance driving at the moment. I'd be happy to help with gas and driving, though. Just let me know. I have the rest of this evening off.

I like Margaritaville (even though they play it to hell) and that pirate turns 40 song you sent me was pretty cool. Don't like the Cheeseburger song, though. Kinda makes me wanna end it all.

i was looking through jennies friends page for michelle bresnahan, anyways i couldnt find her but i saw this photo and i was just in chicago, lombard to be precise. I almost went inside Cheesburger paradise, there was live music playing. Something turned me away though it just seemed like it was going to be a trick or something. probably should have gone in. Anyways hi im Ian. haha.
