hehe :-D I told Dan that he'd probably get more out of it than I'm going to, because on every outside margin there is a column of historical things. I don't know my history nearly as well as he does, so right now it's just distracting me from the stories. I decided to read the Sam/Hailey narratives first, and I'll go back and read the historical stuff my next trip through (I could tell the first flip of the book that I was going to be reading it at least a few times...the reccomendation is to read eight pages of one and then flip the book and read eight pages of the other so you get equal parts of the narrative as you go).

I'll probably post some Sam quotes at some point today, but a lot of the ones I'd post are nearly identical to Hailey's that I've posted.
