I found this through ayesha's journal. There's a teen in Memphis that came out to his parents. They decided to put him in one of those "sraight" programs, and he's written a little bit about it in his MySpace blog, here. This particular program is called "Love In Action." I know this has gotten media attention already, but I'm almost curious to google it and see just how much.

Those "turn you straight" programs really really sadden me. Don't these people realize you just ARE straight or ARE gay or ARE bi or ARE whatever? Gah. I keep hoping that someday the world will just wake up to reality.
