So, I have an appointment to look at this apartment on Saturday morning:

Preeeeeeeeeetty pictures. The lady on the phone said that there is a $50 prorated fee per month for the steam heating, but I'm not sure if that's included in the asking price or not. If so, I'll live. If not, since "price negotiable," I'll see if it can be O:-)
