I woke up at about 11 this morning and already felt a million times better, though I still felt fairly miserable. Thank you, Asklepios, for listening to my pitiful whimpers of "pleaaaaaaase" last night. I was well enough to drive to the pet store to pick up crickets and to Meijer to grab some "just in case" medicine. I also ended up getting half of tonight's homework done (I was just going to forfeit the two percentage points that it added up to) because of the feeling better, and tonight I was even well enough to make goulash after getting home from class and unstuffed enough to enjoy it! Now I just have to put the leftovers away and do today's dishes.

Things were kind of spinny just before, during and just after class (which made driving interesting), but are generally good :-) I'm going to get a good night's sleep and hopefully kill off the rest of it tonight. I hope it doesn't turn into the "can't move today, okay tomorrow, can't move the next day, all better the next..." like January, though.

This is definitely the same thing I had a few months ago (in January, right around when I was hired into the restaurant). This means I need some really great antihistamine and decongestant if I'm ever going to feel better (I had prescriptions last time). I will take your suggestions happily.

*goes back to sleep...or rather some semblence of tossing and turning and waking up every fwe hours*

sicksicksicksicksicksicksicksicksicksick...

you get the idea.

*mumbles and grumbles* No clue what to eat because I have no soup or anything, and most of what I have is too involved to make...

Wait! I have ramen! And my typing skills have reverted back to that of drunken Alley or drunken Lissa. Seriously. I'll stop coorrecting my mistaknes. See what I mena? isnt' this just rather pathentic? I typed in queenofwands.net as queenofeands.com earlier when I wanted to read it...

We were so dead and I looked so miserable that they sent me home halfway through my shift. I'd been there for three hours and had all of two tables. This is how much being a waitress can vary: I made $80 in about five and a half hours yesterday afternoon, and about $12 in three hours today.

Okay. I'm going to make some ramen now.
